Notes
An impressive item from the Corgi Major packs range issued between 1959-61. This model is the “five stripe” version with a cream body, rotating scanner and aerials. Flat spun wheels and complete “Decca Radar Airfield” labels on both sides.
A small chip on the rotating scanner and a couple of very minor marks besides.
The lift-off lid box is complete with all packing (including the Mettoy Packing Note) and Corgi Club Membership Form.
Brightly-coloured with a little of the usual edge rubbing and a small puncture ( pressed back into place) on the lid.
