A rare and exciting find indeed – especially in this condition!
Issued between 1957-60, this exceptional Dinky commercial truck has a light blue 2nd type cab, chassis and hubs, fawn back. Rivetted. Displays beautifully with a gleaming, all original paint finish. Bright baseplate too.
A difficult find, particularly in this virtually mint condition.
The correct striped Supertoys box with this colour version pictured is clean and brightly-coloured with no splits or repairs. Couple of lid corner scuffs and light wear besides. Note there is protective (staple) taping on the inside surface of both short base ends.
Museum quality piece.
