This classic Dinky truck was issued for some sixteen years in total (1964-72), this being an early issue with a bright green cab, grey back and red plastic hubs. Bright blue interior. Model is in unused condition with both REFUSE WAGON labels at the sides, as well as the complete chevron label at the rear. Perfect crest transfers on both sides of the vivid green cab. All delicate rear opening shutters are intact and function well, too.
None of the usual chipping head-on, showing that this truck has had careful handling only.
Both plastic bins are present, with lids.
Minor grubbiness at the REFUSE WAGON labels (being extra-fussy here), small mark to the paint finish and tiny front bumper rubbing.
The pictorial lift-off lid box has vibrant colours. Attractive backdrop for the truck when on display! Little scribbled out area at one short lid end and a faint period penned price at another. Light wear besides. Small stain to the underside of the box base and light grubbiness.
