One of the trio of t.v./broadcasting vehicles made between 1959-65.
This B.B.C. truck is in all original condition with a deep green and pale grey finish. This model comes complete with the detachable aerial (often they seem to go astray). Camera man on the roof swivels. This version has creamy-yellow BBC lettering (unrubbed) on the camera. Perfect detailed crest transfers on both sides of the van.
A few chips clustered on one top side edge. Couple of minor marks besides.
The striped Supertoys box is strongly-coloured, clean, fresh and complete showing minimal wear. Unusual to find with both card packing pieces. Dinky stamp inside the box lid dates this example from July, 1959. Complete U.S. Hudson Dobson label on one lid side. Hairline surface break at one side of the vibrant deep blue base
