This is a popular Dinky model – one of three models in the B.B.C. T.V. range by Dinky. Made between 1959-64. Rich shining deep green paint finish throughout with a a grey waistline and matching metal hubs. Original condition throughout.
In very close to mint condition; small area of rough casting on one side and a stray smudge of factory grey paint at a rear edge. BBC Television lettering on both sides and the detailed crest transfers are virtually complete-complete.
The bright striped Supertoys box is really clean, bright and intact with no splits, repairs or graffiti. Scarcely any wear. Dinky stamp inside the lid dates this particular example from 1959.
