Notes
Issued between 1962-70, this item is part of the much-loved Chipperfields range of models. The Bedford TK tractor unit with trailer is as nice as you will find; such a vivid glowing red finish, shaped spun wheels, clean and complete paper labels throughout and a bright blue back (often they appear a lot paler than this!).
A few little marks as a result of opening and closing the hinged doors (often found more marked than this!. Notably, both of the wing mirrors are present and complete with the little ‘reflective’ pieces. The item comes with the full complement of six grey horses, as well as the original card packing* for each horse.
The card plinth is complete and bright, with both pull-out end tabs firmly in place and tear-free.Light wear/marking from the Transporter
Nice to see that this item still has its large white card packing piece – so often discarded. Rare to find with the* small packing piece* too.
The outer box is strongly coloured and complete, Light wear/rubbing in places nd a couple of negligible end flap tears.
