Originally purchased by the owner from a collector who enjoyed touring toy shops in the mid 60’s & early ’70’s buying models that appealed to him. If he could find a bargain then he would buy multiple examples of the same item. His collection comprises Dinky, Corgi and several Spot-On models.
An impressive display piece, this Mark X Jaguar has a gleaming sky blue finish with a contrasting mid-blue interior, with two seated figures. Shiny spun wheels. Bright chrome (minor rubs due to box contact). Complete front and rear number plates. Steerable front wheels. Fine original tyres.
Paint finish is virtually mint.
Strongly-coloured card box is complete and clean. Storage crumple at one end. Couple of little end flap tears/wear at one set of end flaps. Crisp feel. Small label at an end flap.
Notably this example comes complete with the Picture Card, Collector’s Leaflet & both suitcases.
