The first we have ever offered for sale. An elusive model in bright yellow with a green back, Mid-green Supertoy wheels large hook. Bolt fixing. This early commercial Dinky Truck was made between 1952-54. Well-shaped original tyres. In original condition throughout, this version is very often missing from even extensive Dinky commercial collections.
An honest example with some little chips and a few small light ‘bloomed’ spots on the bed. Note too the tarnishing on the bolt fixing primarily.
The striped card ‘DINKY TOYS’ box is complete, clean and bright. Some edge rubbing as is so often the case, but barely any to the box base underside. Rusting to the staples. Neatly pencilled numbering on the lid. Note the original colour spot at a lid end.
