C211
Corgi 211 Studebaker Golden Hawk. Near mint plus/boxed. Light blue with gold rear fins, flat spun wheels. Rare in BLUE & YELLOW BOX. From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
This eye-catching classic Corgi American car has a fine, shining, light blue finish with gold rear side flashes, flat spun hubs. Issued between 1958-60. Displays well with such a lustre!
Grey base and well-shaped original tyres.
An honest example with just a few little marks ( as you might expect i.e. at tail fin tip).
A difficult find – this model nearly always turns up in the blue picture box . This blue and yellow picture box is a much more difficult find – in fact looking back over our records, we have only ever sold one ( in white). Bright and complete, with minor wear including some edge rubbing and a storage crease.
A real gem and not an easy find in this condition.
