D170
Dinky 170 Ford Fordor Sedan. Blue and pink low line. Very near mint/boxed. Scarce. From The BST Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1954-56, in various colour finishes with all the two-tone versions being the most sought.
This fine Ford Fordor model has a gleaming, all original blue and salmon pink finish which is very close to perfect.
A cherished item obviously which has received little handling. One little mark at two door handles and a few tiny dots. Unrubbed roof has a tiny casting mark and a small faint smudge of factory blue paint nearby. Bright baseplate and well-shaped original tyres.
The box is complete, clean and bright. Looks very fresh! Very crisp. Correct two-tone colour spot. Light storage crease and printed numbers on the top surface in one small area.
