Notes
An unused example of this James Bond-related item, inspired by the film ‘The Spy Who Loved Me’, first issued during 1977 (box is dated 1977 on the underside). This model does not appear to have been taken from its pristine colour card insert. The model has a crisp white and black finish and perfect 007 label. Comes with a full sprue of missiles.
The ‘film strip’ header card box is the ‘Hammer & Sickle’ issue which has a tiny hammer & sickle emblem in the second ‘0’ of 007 on the box and is a recognized and sought-after version. ‘Version with ’NEW’ tag, too.
Colourful and complete, with intact original cellophane. Gives the impression of unsold, old shop stock – not even a crease on header card reverse! Smallest end flap tear.
