Corgi 156
Corgi 156 Graham Hill's Embassy Shadow. Very near mint/boxed, with Over-Sleeve. Special issue from 1975 from The Monty Calme Collection.
Notes
A rare find with this over-sleeve marking the National Sporting Club’s Dinner on Monday 24th November 1975. GIven out to guests at the dinner – Graham Hill OBE was the honoured guest and so fitting that Corgi 156 Graham Hill’s Embassy Shadow was given out to the guests.
The model looks unused and the standard box looks very fine too (note the stain at one end flap – which is probably a little of the Menthe au Chocolat or Cafe!).
The buff card over-sleeve with red print is in excellent condition with a small scuff at one top edge and very light wear/light staining besides.
The only one we have ever offered for sale.
