Stored away for decades, this Gift Set is part of a startling old shop stock find. Many items have never been opened until now, with some outer boxes in a close to pristine state and others showing some signs of storage wear
A sought-after Gift set made between 1966-69.
The contents are in very near mint -virtually mint condition, and comprise:
1) 490 VW Breakdown Truck
2) Silver chassis on a red trailer
3) 318 Lotus Elan S2
4) 319 Lotus Elan S2 Hard Top
5) 155 Lotus Climax Racing Car.
With accessories: two sets of unapplied racing numbers, still-sealed bag of 16 cones, and Instructions for the detachable chassis/Corgi Club Membership Form.
Pristine polystyrene inner.
Complete outer box looks fresh and bright, with tiny age wear only. Period penned price at one side of the lid. Intact original cellophane window. Storage crumple at the top edge and minor storage wear besides.
