Notes
Here we have a lovely example of this desirable Corgi car presented in the blister-style box. Not an easy model to find – and this early example in vivid red is always eagerly sought by collectors. This impressive car has a vibrant, all original lustrous finish, black interior, spoked wheels, opening doors, bonnet (revealing a detailed engine), and boot. Detailed interior has tip up seats and a rear sliding seat.
In close to perfect, unused condition; just the faintest suggestion of a rub on the roof and tiny chrome bumper rubs (probably due to box contact). Mere dot or two to the paint finish. As-new tyres.
The colourful blister box is bright and clean with an intact bubble. Not often found with the detachable card piece which slides in at the back of the box (light creasing).
Intact blister firmly attached to the card and no discolouration either. Front edge of the card is perfectly intact with no ruffling (again a vulnerable area that is often worn).
Additional stiff plastic packing piece is included too.
