Issued between 1961-62, this early version has a gleaming, bright red and black finish, yellow interior, notably intact ‘Birmingham – London Motorway Express’ paper labels and destination board. Shining flat spun wheels. Well-shaped original tyres.
Three little marks on the roof.
The early lift-off lid box is complete, clean and vividly-coloured, with minimal wear.
