C445
Corgi 445 Plymouth Sports Suburban Station Wagon. Lavender-blue issue in 219 box (we have seen several in this 'wrong' box over the years, assume as issued. Corgi using up 219 boxes) Very near mint/boxed. From The Monty Calme Collection.
Price: £135.00
This item is no longer for sale, price for reference only.
Notes
We have seen several Corgi 445 Plymouth Sports Suburban Station Wagons (suspension) issued in these earlier boxes for the non-suspension issue. Believe that Corgi was simply using up spare 219 boxes.
With a delicate pale lavender blue finish, a bright red roof and yellow interior. Silver stripe at both sides. Suspension on shaped spun wheels. Issued between 1963-66.
A few minor marks and a stray strip of blue paint on the mid-line, on one side. Easily overlooked. Few little marks to the paint finish at front and rear exposed points.
The complete and brightly-coloured box has minor wear only. Corgi Club Membership Form is included.
