Issued between 1966-69, this Ford articulated truck is in very close to mint condition. This truck just gleams! Complete with both wing mirrors intact (including the little reflective ‘mirror’ pieces), straight horns on the cab roof, and perfect “EXPRESS SERVICE” detailing on both sides of the bright silver, untarnished sliding doors save for one small area on one side. . So eye-catching and it comes complete with the original mechanic figure, too.
Close inspection reveals a couple of tiny marks to the paint finish.
General impression is this Ford Truck is in unused condition.
The bright pictorial card plinth on which the model sits has strong vivid colours. Occasional little tear at a wheel slot due to the weight of this model and its movement in the box. Box base is depressed too ( again due to the weight of the model).
The pictorial end flap box is complete and bright. Faint old tape residue. Period price at an end flap. Minor wear including a very small end flap tear.
Nice to see that this example comes complete with the card sleeve.
