The Monty Calme landmark Corgi Collection, covering the width and breadth of Corgi models amassed over decades by an exuberant collector. The Monty Calme collection is a truly astonishing gathering of the best of Corgi models and ephemera, including rare and unique pieces and point of sale items. The largest collection we have ever seen.

Monty says: “A colour trial Marina I bought from an ex-Corgi employee”

The Morris Marina model was issued in two different colour finishes, namely a metallic reddish-brown, and also metallic lime green. Issued 1971-73. This non-metallic deep orange-red shade was never issued! A unique item therefore:

Rivetted base with reassuring flecks of factory red-brown at the rivets.
