The New European collection richly evoking the period between the late 1950?s through to the mid 1970?s, this large collection has been lovingly compiled by an enthusiast with particular emphasis on point of sale, including original cabinets and literature, prototypes, promotional items, alongside a high quality collection of individual models and Gift Sets.
Issued during 1962-64, this Land-Rover is the second issue with suspension, shaped spun wheels, plastic moulded canopy. Lemon interior. Totally unused condition. Door and bonnet transfers are in fine condition.
Downgraded from absolutely mint, due to very minor transfer residue immediately around the bonnet transfer.
The box is a fitting partner – very clean, crisp and complete. Only the most minor age wear. Period shop price at an end flap.
Superb example throughout.
