An exceptional collection of prototypes were purchased by ?The New European? Collector, largely originating from two well-documented sources i.e. the auction of the property of Marcel Van Cleemput at Sotheby?s Auction House in 1999 and the Losch Auction House in Germany during 2000.
Sold at Losch Auction House in 2000 (lot. No . 2142) this Corgi prototype of the FAUN-AK435 Road Sweeper is finished in orange and black with rood details, light on the tipping back of the vehicle, chevron and ‘FAUN’ labels and free-running Whizzwheels. Hose at the rear. Plastic. Measures 13.5 cms.
