Notes
A first for QDT!
Issued for a very short period during 1963, we surmise. This most eye-catching of Land Rovers with suspension is finished in a richly-pigmented saffron yellow, silver trim, metal tow hook and shaped spun wheels. In all original condition, complete with a bright spare wheel affixed to the bonnet. Obviously this model has barely been out of its box.
Grey base and well-shaped original tyres.
Occasional little dot to the paint finish. A stray drip of factory paint at a front wing and a little dulling to two of the wheels.
The blue and yellow picture box looks very fresh indeed – crisp and strongly-coloured. Barely any wear at all.
A very rare Corgi model.
