C211S
Corgi 211S Studebaker Golden Hawk. Deeper gold-plated issue. Later issue with spun wheels. Very near mint/boxed. Outstanding box! From 'The Monty Calme' Corgi Collection.
Notes
This eye-catching Studebaker model has a deeper gold-plated finish, and shaped spun wheels.
As is often the case with the plated versions, this example has a little light pitting but nevertheless displays nicely with this highly distinctive reflective finish. Beautiful white rear fin flashes, red interior and suspension on shaped spun hubs. Well-shaped original tyres.
Couple of minor marks visible upon closest inspection.
The card pictorial box gives the impression of unsold, old shop stock. Feels as if the end flaps at one end have never been prised open. Very crisp. Looks very fresh indeed. Corgi Club Membership Form.
