Notes
With a pleasing lustre to the paint finish, this is a delightful early Corgi car made between 1956-59Finished in fawn, shining, with an all original, paint finish, bright flat spun hubs and fine original tyres. It is obvious that this model has barely been out of its box.
Few tarnished flecks on the base.
Couple of mere dots to the paint finish. Couple of little factory paint runs visible under closest scrutiny.
The early blue picture box is complete, crisp and vividly-coloured. Nice, crisp box is tear-free and shows minimal wear. Period penned price at an end flap.
This model comes complete with the colour booklet as well as the ‘Moorgate’ Club Membership Form.
One of the outstanding models from this Corgi collection, carefully assembled and painstakingly upgraded over decades.
