Notes
A desirable 3-piece Gift Set made between 1964-68 comprising:
i) 418 Taxi in black with fluorescent orange original details, lemon interior, driver. Shaped spun wheels. Close to mint with a few little (mostly contact marks.
ii) 468 London Routemaster Bus ‘Naturally Corgi Toys’. Jewelled headlights. Shaped spun wheels. All original vivid red finish with complete transfers on both sides. Few little marks only.
Policeman figure (directing the traffic) on a white circular plinth.
Delightful card plinth on which all items sit with an unmistakable London scene depicted. Very minor wear only.
Outer card box has another colourfully illustrated London scene in which both models and policeman are depicted. Vibrant, day-one colours. Few very small end flap tears. Pin-head sized puncture. Minor wear besides. Period price at a non-picture side. Nice to see the packing piece is still present too!
