Notes
Issued between 1964-65, this is one of the range of exciting racing Minis produced by Corgi during this period. Extremely popular at the time, they are sought-after by collectors these days!
This ‘spotlight’ Mini is in close to mint condition. A fresh and crisp red and white finish on this racing model with a bright silver spotlight on the roof (which swivels). Bold print racing number ‘37’ on both doors (complete transfers). ‘Monte Carlo’ bonnet transfer and rear transfer are notably complete, too. Bright jewelled headlights and an attractive original finish on the silver radiator and bumper. Again free of the chips at this vulnerable area. Bright white roof has none of the usual edge nicks that can spoil the appearance of this great little iconic car!
Few tiny marks at some raised body line details. One of the origibal tyres has a minor flat spot.
The complete, clean and bright box has a little age/handling wear including a little edge ruffle/start of an end flap tear.
