Corgi 151A Lotus Mark Eleven Le Mans Racing Car. Near mint plus/boxed. Scarce model from a large, stunning diverse collection with many items in old shop stock condition.
Notes
First issue of this sought-after Corgi model from 1961 with a bright mid-blue finish, red and white bonnet stripe, white driver, racing number 3, flat spun hubs. As-new original tyres.
Bright baseplate.
Closest scrutiny reveals the occasional very minor mark. Note the as-made blemish to the original screen side.
The card box is really fresh, crisp, bright and complete. Two period price labels and a very faint period price stamp at an end flap.
