One of the weightiest Dinky Trucks around. This is a superb example, measuring over 18cms long x 10cms wide approx. including the tipping lever.
This Aveling Barford Centaur Dump Truck is in all original, virtually mint condition; with just a couple of minor marks which you have to hunt for.
Presents well. Complete lettering on both sides. Tipping action works very well (simulated hydraulic action which would surely never pass safety regulations nowadays!).
With quite a lethal spring action, the Warning Note needs to be heeded!
Comes with inner card packing piece and packing ring.
Box is notably colourful and crisp with all end flaps intact.
None of the expected wear and tear so often found on these boxes! Looks like old shop stock.
So difficult to find in this unused condition.
