Notes
A classic Dinky advertising van made between 1955-59. A vibrant all-original red and yellow paint finish on this eye-catching Dinky van with perfect detailed transfers on one side, very close to perfect on the other (one tiny nick):
Usual little marks at the opening rear doors and two of the four rear door hinges have a chip (where metal meets metal upon opening). A few little marks as you might expect at wheel arches. Little pin-head sized casting mark at one wheel. A couple of tyres have a light flat spot. Base is very bright and clean with spare wheel attached.
The original box is complete and bright, if rather grubby now. No splits. Usual rubbing/wear.
The Dinky stamp inside the box lid dates this example 1955, so one of the first issues!
