Notes
Rare to come to the market place, this is an early example from 1941. Type 2 issue with smooth wheels, well-shaped original (grubby) smooth tyres and thick axles. Finished in original mid-grey with a black chassis, intact, shiny radiator and headlight assembly. Honest, with its expected scattered chipping for what is essentially an unboxed model some 72 years old. Mid-tan tin tilt. Intact tow hook. Open chassis.
Never individually boxed, this model would have been sold from a shopkeeper’s Trade Box of 6.
