Notes
A striking and scarce Citroen model from the French Dinky factory – this model has an ivory finish with a deep aubergine roof, early issue so no window glazing. Convex wheels (some tarnishing), bright base with 24C stamped. White tyres. Front two have been replaced (one has a flat spot), rear two have some staining.
Pleasing sheen, this example makes a fine display piece, nonetheless.
None of the expected marks at roof edge – and the roof is unrubbed. Mere dot at a front wing. No bumper chipping.
The box is clean, crisp and strongly-coloured. Plenty of spring in those end flaps. No tears. Minor age wear only. Period price is penned on one box face.
