Notes
This is a scarce version of the handsome Buick model finished in bright mid-blue with a midnight blue roof. This is an an early issue (1954-56) and a most unusual find with original convex wheels in silver-blue. Early issue so no cross-hatching on the roof interior.
Shiny baseplate with just a couple of little rubs. Original tyres are rather grubby now.
Few tiny marks not even a suggestion of a rub on the roof! Close inspection reveals a little (what appears to be) varnish residue visible at some of the body line crevices.
The box is complete with excellent strong colours and a crisp feel. Little tear. Minor age wear besides and the remains of a price label on one non-picture face. Neat pencilled price/writing at end flaps. MInor wear besides.
