From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.

Issued between 1971-73, this is a fine nostalgic piece. Finished in bright yellow with red plastic wheels, decorated with gold flower shapes. There is a complete and bright bonnet label (minor age transparency) and flower labels on the roof and doors. Three of the instantly recognizable characters from the Magic Roundabout T.V. series are inside – Brian the snail hangs out the window, whilst Dylan the Rabbit and (almost everyone’s favourite character) Dougal looks out at you from the back!

In very close to mint, all original condition. You will find a couple of (have to be) factory assembly marks if you hunt for them. In lovely unused condition, this item comes complete with the tact and often missing plastic bubble insert, too. No additional little decal sheet. Original piece of polystyrene packing stored behind an end flap.

Inner colourfully illustrated card backdrop is clean, bright and totally undamaged.
The outer box is complete, fresh.clean and bright. Original cellophane has a little storage crumple which has caused a tiny pinhole puncture. As-new resistant end flaps. Tiny edge tear. Period price label at an end flap.
