Notes
From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.
A pleasing example of this classic Dinky truck finished in gleaming orange with a blue and yellow rotating drum. In all original condition, this example presents well, the cement mixer rotates as the truck moves along. The mixer can also be tipped up in order to discharge its cement load down the delivery chute
Shiny base and the light grey original tyres are well-shaped. Spare stowed on the underside.
The occasional minor mark only to the paint finish.
The pictorial Supertoys box is a more difficult find. Clean and bright with no splits or repairs. Rusty staples. Minor age/handling wear. Period pencilled price at a lid end.
