From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.
Issued between 1971-72, this Alpine Renault model has a bright scarlet red finish with a detailed cream interior, opening hatch including the black plastic cover which conceals the silver engine. Looks completely unused. Mere dot or two away from absolutely mint.
No packet now – but number plates and fuel cap details etc. are still unapplied on their backing sheets.
The card box looks close to shop-fresh. Tiny storage crumple.
