This collector wanted only the best examples in his collection ? painstakingly upgrading until he had the best examples he could find. After over 25 years, he has now decided to part with items from his own extensive collection.
This is one of them.
A solid feel to this soundly-built Karmann Ghia model finished in vibrant red with a black roof, bright silver spun wheels and clean (unused) ‘M’ for Meccano stamped white tyres. Looks a treat!
A couple of mere dots on the roof. Very minor rubbing to the silver detail at the sides (box contact). Note the stray factory flick of silver beneath one side window.
The clean and bright red and yellow box looks close to shop-fresh. Crisp with the correct colour spot. MInor crease and tiny wear. No tears or graffiti.
