Notes
One of the most popular Dinky models issued between 1956-60. Perfect lettering on both sides, and a gleaming and all original paint finish.
Note that this particular version is finish in lemon and deeper brownish-orange. *Distinctly different from the standard colour version in lemon and orange-yellow.
Base has minor ‘spidering’. Smooth-running original supple tyres.
For comparison, note the colour difference between this example and another scarce variation in creamy-yellow and orange-brown issue:
Little mark on the roof, a dot on the headlight rims and a stray light (factory) smudge of silver low down on one side.
The pictorial box is bright and complete. Crisp feel. Minor handling crumple on one large end flap edge and a little minor storage mark on one picture side. Minor shelf grubbiness on the box underside.
