D127
Dinky 127 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud Mk III. Metallic Blue-green. Very near mint (sidelight detail added)/boxed. Scarce export box with Mr. Dealer strip still attached. From a substantial collection in Northern Europe.
Notes
This Rolls Royce was issued between 1966-69 in metallic blue-green finish, with bright spun hubs and suspension.
Jewelled headlights, intact number plates, bonnet emblem and bright silver fittings. Opening doors reveal a detailed orange interior, side opening bonnet reveals a bright silver engine.
Hard to find a mark ( just one which is barely visible) on the roof. Note that sidelights have been added at some time.
These flimsy card and cellophane export boxes are nearly always heavily worn. This example has fared better than many, with orignal cellophane (tiniest puncture) and all the card components present, if rather crumpled now. Pleased to see the little card ‘Mr. Dealer’ strip still in place too!
Not an easy find.
