This has to be one of the best examples of this superb Corgi model we have offered for sale. It is in all original condition, complete and obviously unplayed-with, still strung to its virtually perfect, white plastic inner stand.

The car is gleaming bright, with all four original figures seated inside. The chrome is untarnished (one tiny factory mark only), all jewels complete, front and rear number plates present, as are the delicate carriage lamps. Complete with unblemished side, front and rear striped fins which flip out when the handbrake is depressed. All in all, a real beauty !

The box is complete with the card sky scene diorama. The large cellophane fronted “window” box is very clean, bright and fresh with all of its end flaps and original cellophane, which has a couple of tears. The box has none of the usual tears at corners of the end flaps. The colours are especially strong and vivid on this example. The header card is a little creased at the rear where it joins the box. A little ink writing on one end flap.
An outstanding example of this sought-after Corgi favourite in all original and complete condition.
